[問題] 汽車擦撞出險問題

事情經過如下:
停紅燈時，我在內線，對方在中線，綠燈後我要直行，對方由中線要切入內線，
雙方車速都不快，但是不知是對方故意硬要切進來或是剛好死角沒看到，
然後就撞到我的後視鏡，對方完全沒事，因為對方開拖吊車，撞到拖車邊邊，
一開始對方想自己賠，但是打電話問一下，價錢要三千多，
