請問最近有冇人住過Hotel MyStays 上野稻荷町 (111-0036 日本東京都台東區松谷1-5-7), 因我看見客人留言說夜晚好嘈, 我打去問酒店, 因日文能力有限, 但她回覆也是可能有點嘈. 但我問為何?就不明白她說的原因. 請各位神通的大大, 給我一些意思. 上野其他平宜的地方嗎?
