《志明與春嬌》曾取景 37年傳統茶記月底結業

業主不續租　營業到月底 屢上鏡茶餐廳結業 沒看過《志明與春嬌》，不過近年有很多幾十年老字號（而且不一定是餐廳）都因為被業主狂加租，甚至是拒絕續租，而被迫「光榮」結業（或者另覓地點重新營業）。
