[請問] 機會成本的問題

請問各位大大，出國玩總花費為新台幣35,000（機加酒20,000，15,000換日幣）
因為換航空的問題，我們多刷了機票錢台幣10,000，無手續費，退款4-6個月。那今天我
因為個人因素，取消行程須扣扣手續費為機加酒的10%，退費須花4-6月。
這樣是否應選擇不去，但機會成本是多少呢？是35,000嗎？
