台積電近期傳出不少利空消息，讓外資對於台積電董事長張忠謀「台積電第2季到
第4季都比第1季好」的預言動搖，台積電不願對市場謠言做出回應，但據了解，
台積電中科廠區預計在5月開始擴建工程，力拚明年量產10奈米產品。
