[問題] 低上網/通話一般　討論

目前費率：np台灣在地568/2+489 3G網路吃到飽  合約到明年三月

使用狀況：上網需求不大 一個月頂多1~1.5g/通訊需求一般 一個月20~30分鐘足矣
          再加上要常大陸出差，有時候半個月月租就浪費了
