[請益] OFFER簽名後能放棄嗎?

小弟日前收到一家BIOS的錄取通知並且簽名回覆了，

殊不知另外一家也錄取了，由於這家的制度個人覺得較完善，

但苦於已經先回覆第一家了，所以想請問這種情況已經簽名的OFFER
