  看了之前不少文章 知道4G->3G->4G有一個月的限制
  所以決定在全能平板快結束前一個月先去辦
  結果真的很無言
  原本是iphone1143方案 升4G 1136型 目前違約金約1900
  8/10 先去降3G 說要3天開通 開通後才能綁新約 (ok 跟查到的一樣)
