去年在 皇璽處女蟳訂了婚宴酒席，因故延期，所以在2月提出，因不能退費，只好保留，
結果今天經過時，才驚覺在裝潢新餐廳，
在網路搜尋之後，有找到四月初的結束營業新聞， 可是都沒有接到退費通知，請問有人
退費成功的嗎？現在申訴還有用嗎？
