請問這幾天京都大阪的天氣？

我4/4-8要去京都大阪，查了天氣預報，氣溫看起來很低耶 1-13度... 但網上又說日本氣候乾，所以體感溫度不會到這麼低 我不知道該怎麼穿衣服、帶衣服... 請問有現在在京都大阪、或剛回來的人可以給我ㄧ些建議嗎??? 謝謝！
