從年初到現在看到很多汽機車被偷竊、但巡迴率好像不高、警方好像想也無所謂、自己的車也在年初被偷、隔了一個月同一個地方同一個位置、又有車被偷、抓一個小偷真的很難嗎？

並不是以偏概全、只是效率真的有點差
小偷又很囂張
