台東縣太麻里金針山夏季開滿金針花，進入冬季則有櫻花綻放，近期連日低溫，加速金針山上十幾公頃的八重櫻、山櫻開花，山區陷入一片粉紅「櫻花海」。太麻里鄉公所表示，花期從即日起到三月初左右，遊客可把握盛開期上山賞花。
