去年冬盟，因為是第一次辦，只有邀請到日本與多明尼加參加，

以至於中職必須出到兩隊，除了增加聯盟財務負擔；而且比賽過程中

，出賽的中職二軍球員不見得每位都想打冬盟，導致表現懶散、態度
