[問題] 漏電話是電信公司的問題還是手機？

最近常被抱怨沒接電話，就是說對方打電話來，有通 (嘟嘟聲)
但是我這邊沒響，也沒來電紀錄，也沒未接來電
總之這通電話不曉得接去哪兒了，還不只一次，也不是特定對象
漏接電話的那個時段，還是有其他人有成功撥進來，訊號也不特別差
