位於Queens park區，近火車站及公車站，走路只要三分鐘。附近大型shopping center(westfield carousel)走路只要十分鐘。包水包電包網路且停車方便，至市區開車15分鐘。住房環境相當乾淨，因房東重視生活品質，故不會住太多人，一間房最多兩人，現有一間空房，歡迎最多兩人入住，目前只有四人住，住滿為六人，不會有搶浴室搶廚房問題，歡迎入住看房，房租若是一人住一間房價為130 兩人住為190，押金兩個禮拜...
