〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕大連市女子騎警訓練基地在2001年7月投入使用至今，一直作為大連市旅遊局官方指定的旅遊景點向外開放。12年來，預計僅門票收入就達3000萬元人民幣。有律師指出，大連市公安局此舉涉嫌違法經營。
