我朋友從台灣帶IPHONE5到塔斯換了PRE-PAID SIM 卡，手機左上角出現avilible無法使用的字樣，請問有什麼辦法解決嗎，是瑣機嗎?有將這張卡插到別人的手機，是可以用的，請大家幫幫忙，他去的那裏沒有wifi可以使用，只好打回台灣求救，一直打國際電話也不是辦法，請幫幫忙，拜託，萬分感謝!
